1. preheat the oven to 350 °f and line a 12-cup muffin pan with liners or grease well
2. in a large bowl mash the bananas until smooth then whisk in brown sugar molasses oil and eggs until combined
3. in a separate bowl whisk together flour baking soda baking powder salt and all spices
4. gently fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture then stir in milk and vanilla extract until just combined
5. divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups filling each about three quarters full
6. bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean
7. let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
