3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add meatballs without overcrowding.
4. Sear meatballs for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown, then cover and cook 5–6 minutes until cooked through.
5. Remove meatballs and set aside, then in the same skillet combine honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and water.
6. Simmer sauce over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until it starts to thicken, then stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until glossy.
7. Return meatballs to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sticky sauce, simmering for 1–2 minutes.
