  • 1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    2. In a large bowl, toss the trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

    3. Arrange sprouts cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out for even roasting.

    4. Roast for 15-20 minutes, until the edges are golden and crispy.

    5. Meanwhile, whisk together honey, Sriracha, and minced garlic in a small bowl.

    6. Remove the sprouts from the oven, drizzle the glaze over them, toss gently, and return to the oven for another 8-10 minutes.

    7. Once glazed and caramelized with charred spots, remove from the oven and toss again to coat evenly.

    8. Serve immediately, optionally garnished with a sprinkle of flaky salt or sesame seeds.
