Ingredients
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375 F (190 C). If your chicken isn’t already shredded, shred or finely dice your cooked chicken.
2. In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine the cottage cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, with no visible curds from the cottage cheese.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, the smooth cottage cheese mixture, and the 1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese (if using). Stir everything together thoroughly until the chicken is evenly coated and the blue cheese is distributed throughout the dip.
4. Pour the entire mixture into an 8×8 inch baking dish or a similar oven-safe dish. Spread it out evenly with a spoon or spatula.
5. Place the baking dish in your preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until it’s hot and bubbly around the edges and the top is lightly golden.
6. Once out of the oven, let the dip rest for a few minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with additional crumbled blue cheese and fresh chives or green onions for garnish. Serve hot with your favorite dippers.
