1. Add dates to a food processor and blend until they form a paste
2. Spoon in nut butter and blend until smooth
3. Add cocoa powder, protein powder, almond flour, salt, and vanilla and process until a dough forms
4. If the mixture is dry add a splash of almond milk and blend again
5. Scoop or press the dough into bite-sized balls or a silicone mold
6. Refrigerate or freeze for 30 minutes to set
7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer
