2. combine oats, almond flour, and salt in a bowl
3. whisk coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth
4. pour wet mixture into dry and stir until a crumbly dough forms
5. press three quarters of the dough into the pan and bake for 10 minutes
6. mash raspberries and stir in chia seeds and a drizzle of maple syrup
7. spread raspberry mixture over the prebaked crust
8. sprinkle remaining dough over the fruit layer without pressing
9. bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the topping is golden
10. cool completely before lifting from pan and cutting into bars
