1. Heat olive oil in a 10-inch cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
2. Add diced onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Add ground cumin, chili powder, and smoked paprika and toast for 30 seconds.
5. Mix in shredded chicken and black beans until coated with spices.
6. Pour in enchilada sauce and green chiles, stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Lower heat and stir in Greek yogurt until sauce is creamy.
8. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes until melted.
