4. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a thick dough forms, adding almond milk if needed.
5. Gently fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
6. Scoop tablespoon portions of dough, roll into balls, place on the baking sheet, and flatten slightly.
7. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
8. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.
