These air fryer corn ribs are a fun twist on corn on the cob. They cook in minutes, turning sweet, buttery, and crispy for a flavorful side dish.

1. Remove husks and silks and trim ends of corn cobs
2. Cut each cob into quarters lengthwise to form ribs
3. Preheat air fryer to 400 °F (200 °C) for 3–5 minutes
4. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder
5. Brush each corn rib with the butter mixture
6. Arrange ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding
7. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway and brushing with remaining butter mixture
8. Transfer ribs to a platter, garnish with parsley and serve immediately
