1. Preheat your oven to 375 F (190 C). Lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish or a similar-sized oven-safe dish.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth and well combined.
3. Stir in the shredded cooked chicken, 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese, and all of the shredded mozzarella cheese into the cream cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly until evenly distributed.
4. Spoon the entire mixture into your prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
5. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the dip.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly around the edges, and the cheese on top is melted and lightly golden brown.
7. Carefully remove the dip from the oven. If desired, sprinkle with sliced green onions for garnish. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
