  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (mild, medium, or hot, to your preference)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional, but highly recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons ranch or blue cheese dressing, for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or green onions, for garnish

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat your oven to 400 F (200 C). If using pre-cooked chicken, shred or dice it into bite-sized pieces. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce, tossing until the chicken is evenly coated.

    2. Place your pre-made flatbread or pizza crust on a baking sheet. You can line the baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

    3. Evenly spread the buffalo-coated chicken mixture over the flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.

    4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the chicken. If using, crumble the blue cheese over the mozzarella.
